Block 4 – 30kW Load Bank

Allow precise control over loading levels to simulate partial and full load conditions
 
Demonstrates how CHS2 responds to real-time load changes, enhancing technical understanding
 
Allows simulation of grid-connected vs. off-grid load behaviors during source switching or outages

 

 

 

Block 5 – Real-time Testing Zone

Equipped with industry-standard instruments: oscilloscope, differential probes, and current clamps 
Allows trainees to observe voltage waveforms, current flow, harmonics, and transient behavior in live hybrid systems
Bridges classroom concepts with real-world electrical measurements, improving understanding of system dynamics 
  Teaches how to safely use precision instruments for commissioning, inspection, and performance validation

What are SAJ Lab’s opening hours?

SAJ Lab is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend visits can be arranged by special appointment.
